Polar Bears are in trouble. Climate Change is destroying their
habitat faster than any other species on the planet. Polar Bears rely on the Arctic Ring of Life,
the area covered by annual sea ice over the continetel shelf, to hunt. Every year, the ice is
thinner and the Polar Bear's environment is changing faster than they can adapt.

Polar Bears are on thin ice
Help us get Polar Bears on the right track. Putting a halt to climate change will not be easy
to say the least, but we must face it. It is the most important challenge of our time.
BBC One: The
Great Melt
Every year, the summer melt
or Arctic ice opens up nearly
three million square miles of
ocean and land. Climate
change is drastically increasing
that number, and that is
putting Polar Bear's at a very
high risk.
