Wild cats are some of the most powerful
species alive. There are many species of
the cat family, and six are shown at left.
All the species displayed below are endangered
or threatened. Due to poaching, deforestation,
and habitat destruction, these magnificent
animals need your help.
There are fourty-one known members in the
cat family. This group of animals is known as
Felidae. These animals are carnivorous and live
on every continent aside from Australia and
Antarctica.
