Wolverine
Vicious and Lethal
Wolverines have quite a reputation as vicious predators. With the ability to kill prey several times its size, the wolverine's jaws can crush through bones.
The Wolverine's population has steadily decreased for the last 100 years. Farmers kill the species because they have been documented preying on livestock. Habitat destruction and illegal fur trade contributes to the steady decline. The Wolverine, once common in North America and Southern Europe, is very rarely seen. It remains common in Northern Europe.
