The Mandrill is the largest species of monkey in the world. Males can weigh up to 125 pounds. The monkey has a colorful face that brightens with sexual maturity. Mandrills live in large groups and are very social creatures. They live on the Western Coast of Africa and are listed by the IUCN as a vulnerable species. The Mandrill is a truly amazing animal. The colorful face and bright rear makes it one of the most beautiful species on Earth.
